Colleen car woe

There's been further heartbreak for Wayne Rooney and his family after yobs smashed up several of their cars, while they were parked outside girlfriend Colleen's parents' home.

According to the Sun, the idiots laid into three vehicles, including the specially-adapted people carrier that the family use to ferry Colleen's disabled sister to and from hospital.

They also attacked Wayne's own VW and his fiance's brother's car, also a VW.

The Sun shows pictures of the damage to all three motors, complete with smashed-in windows.

The attack came just hours after big-hearted Colleen made a TV appeal on behalf of children's hospices while appearing on the Tonight With Trevor McDonald show.

Colleen's distraught dad told reporters: "If this is what happens when Colleen does something for charity, we just cannot make any sense out of it. What can be going on inside their minds?"

Collette, Colleen's mum added: "We have accepted over the years that there is a certain amount of jealousy but this is way over the top.”"

The couple were pictured arriving at the McLoughlins' home to survey they damage to the cars.

At a time when the whole nation should be getting behind Wayne as he tries to get fit for the World Cup, it seems baffling anyone would want to harm him or his family.
