A warm Embrace

The truth is finally out - Embrace will record the official England World Cup song.

After months of whispers about the Kaiser Chiefs, and Wayne Rooney's second cousin's younger brother's mate recording the track, we're finally put out of our misery.

The track the Yorkshire indie boys will be recording is called World At Your Feet, but we hear all demos will be kept under wraps for now.

"The band can't wait to get into the studio and record the new track," says an excited Danny McNamara.

"We think we've got a really good song and hopefully it will repeat the success of previous songs like New Order's World in Motion."
